Gimmebyk Terms and Conditions

• The hirer must posses a valid Driving License issued by Government of India and provide a photo copy or photo of the same.
• We Won't assist, Collect or Provide Bike between 10 PM to 07 AM.
• Minimum amount would be charged for 5 hours & time exceeding 10 hours would be considered as a complete day.
• The hirer should deposit original ID Proof issued by the Government (Passport, Voter ID, PAN Card or Aadhar Card) of India while renting the ride.
• Fuel charges are hirer's concern.
• Any damage/theft / loss to the bike or helmet (Rs. 600 penalty) after the collection are hirer's responsibility & the charges are to be borne by the hirer. (In Case of Clutch, Brake & Tube 50% Candidate Charges)
• The renter is not responsible if the hirer is involved in any unwanted activity during rent period
• Hirer should not be under the influence of alcohol or any drug while riding the motorcycle, any Injury or Casualty is Hirer Concern.
• Please check the Bike before you Hire as we won't be Responsible for any mechanical issues After the Hirer Crosses (Except engine) 50 K.M. or 5 Hour time which ever first assistance would be provided with in 20 K.M. range only.
• If Bike is returned before mentioned time, only half of the remaining amount would be refundable.
• Ride safe & consider the bikes as your own for the best experience.
